Breathwork
I lead a powerful holotropic breath practice that will integrate you more deeply into your body. It’s an exercise that brings more oxygen into your body and your brain. Allowing your brain to take a pause, let go, and release. I encourage you to try this practice if you are feeling anxious, sad, stressed, unable to sleep, worried or just want to feel deep relaxation and bring in more joy and groundedness.
We use it to work through emotions, blocks, and other trauma. Clients report reduced anxiety and stress as well as bringing more self-love, compassion, inspiration, and life force energy into their lives.
You will experience grounding, lightness, connection to higher self, universal love, abundance, emotional release, muscle release, life-changing energy shifts.
A single session can help with grief, depression, anxiety, insomnia, heartbreak, loss, muscle pain, body tension, racing thoughts.
Regular practice can relieve adult and childhood trauma, abuse, PTSD, anxiety, addiction, fear, chronic pain, limiting beliefs, blocked emotions.
This is a no-touch, virtual practice where you are guided to do the work by the sound of my voice. I can do this in-person or virtually.
