I AM
CASEY MASSIMINO

I grew up in Vermont and have lived in Los Angeles for 10+ years. I love nature, miss the seasons, love cooking, and enjoy bringing people together for fun and deep discussions. 

In 2019 left my digital media creative director job to become a healer and coach. I loved design and advertising but had reached major burn-out. I realized my passion was to support others on their healing journey. And I'm so so glad I made the switch! I thought I WAS living my passion. And, although stepping into my new lane has its challenges, doubts, and fears, I haven’t looked back.

I now realize finding your passion doesn't necessarily mean doing something you love (I love to do SO many things). For me, it meant finding the thing that made me say "I don't care if I fail, I can't not do this." And that's what I want to help others find too - their "YES THIS" - through breathwork, embodiment practices, reparenting, and other inner work tools that help us create and reach the outer goals that make us a full, whole YES in life (even when it may feel like "i must be crazy, this is hard.") 

I inspire clients to step into their full power.

I am here to support you in releasing your inner blocks through holistic healing modalities like breathwork, emotional inner work, qi alignment, and Reiki.

I focus on those who are feeling stuck or are in the middle of a pivot. We work on your "goal line/soul line." We combine the inner work with actionable steps and goals to create the career and life you're passionate about.

I know the work it takes to change a habit, a limiting belief, and to be BIG. I know because I’ve lived it (and still am!). I recognize the strength it takes to create a new life - even if it is one you deeply desire. You’ve seen it so you know it exists.
